I’m Mark, a Personal Trainer based in Geelong with years of real-life experience. I’ve worked with teenagers, older adults, everyday locals and NDIS participants — helping each person work towards their goals in a way that feels comfortable and achievable for them. Because if it doesn’t feel right, progress won’t follow. Whether we’re training in my home studio or out in the community, every session is built on trust, consistency and providing an education which translates to every day life.
Sessions can take place wherever feels right for you; at home, in the community, or at a local facility. All equipment can be supplied as needed, so the setup works for you.
Tailored one-on-one services for NDIS participants across a wide range of needs. From daily activities and community access to mentoring and movement-based sessions, everything is shaped around the individual, no matter their goals, background, or level of support required.
Straightforward, personalised training designed to help people feel stronger, move better, and build long-term confidence. Whether you’re starting from scratch or want to take things further, sessions are built to suit your goals, fitness level, and how you like to train.
Whether the goal is getting up the stairs more easily, feeling more confident in public, or getting back into exercise after a setback, progress starts with building physical strength in a way that’s manageable and personal.
Through personalised training and disability support, I work with each person to improve mobility, balance, and functional strength — always tailored to their lifestyle and pace. Sessions are practical and outcome-focused, with the flexibility to train in my home studio or out in the community. It’s about helping people feel more in control of their body and more confident in their everyday life.
Consistency matters but it has to feel achievable. One of the biggest benefits of my services is that they can fit into everyday life without becoming overwhelming.
I help people build healthy routines that support their goals, whether that’s improved fitness, more energy, or greater independence. My background in both fitness and mentoring means I can support people to stay accountable without ever being pushy.
It’s not about perfection or performance, it’s about showing up, making progress, and creating structure that makes life feel a bit more stable and a lot more manageable.
Before starting Sustainable Solutions, I spent 10 years in the Royal Australian Navy. That experience taught me discipline, resilience, and what it means to show up, but also gave me perspective and empathy. I understand that people come with different stories, strengths, and challenges.
That’s why I approach personalised training and disability support with respect, patience, and focus. I’ve worked with teenagers building independence, adults navigating big changes, and older clients reconnecting with movement. The goal isn’t to be anyone’s drill sergeant, it’s to offer steady guidance that’s informed by life.
From tailored fitness plans to NDIS supports, everything we do is shaped around the individual. If you’re ready to take the next step, or just want to see what’s possible, you’re in the right place.
