What sets Sustainable Solutions apart is the way everything is shaped around the individual, not just their goals, but how they prefer to train, communicate and build progress over time. They’ll work directly with me, Mark, every time. I combine years of experience across personal training, mentoring and NDIS services with a straightforward, respectful approach that people actually enjoy.
There’s flexibility in where training takes place; at the participant’s home, a nearby facility, or in my private home studio. The studio is a quiet, welcoming space with all the equipment you’d find in a public gym, without the noise or overwhelm. It’s designed to support those with social anxiety or sensory sensitivities, and create a space where individuals can build confidence and feel comfortable as they train.
Sessions can be one on one, or participants are welcome to bring a friend or two for a small group of up to three people. While the setting and structure are flexible, the consistency of support stays the same. It’s a simple model that works because it’s built on real relationships.

Everyone is treated with dignity, care, and compassion — from clients and colleagues to family, friends, and the wider community.
I maintain high standards in all areas of my work, showing up reliably and delivering consistent, quality support.
I stay focused on each person’s goals, offering tailored support and giving 100% to every session and outcome.
Being active, present, and connected to others helps turn lived experience into meaningful, everyday support.
I provide one-on-one services for NDIS participants aged 15 and over, working with people across a wide range of goals, backgrounds, and support needs. Sessions are flexible, outcomes-focused, and shaped around how each person prefers to train, interact, and build progress.
That might mean working on physical strength and mobility, building daily structure, accessing the community, or improving confidence in social settings. Services can take place at my home studio in Grovedale, in the community, or at a location that feels right for the participant.
I work with participants across all plan types and can communicate directly with support coordinators and plan managers where needed.
One-on-one support designed to help participants build confidence, create routine, and stay connected to the community. This might involve social engagement, mentoring, transport to activities, or developing everyday life skills.
I tailor each session to match the participant’s interests and goals, whether that’s getting out more, building independence, or just having someone reliable to check in with.
Personalised training for participants who want to improve strength, mobility, or general fitness as part of their NDIS plan.
Sessions are practical, adaptable, and paced to suit the individual. Whether we’re training in my home studio, a local gym, or the community, the focus is always on building physical ability in a safe, supportive, and consistent way.
I work under the guidance of allied health professionals to help participants follow therapy plans related to movement, strength, or functional goals.
This can involve supporting physiotherapy, occupational therapy, or exercise physiology outcomes through structured, delegated sessions. Everything is delivered clearly, safely, and adjusted to the participant’s needs.
I offer one-on-one and small group training for adults and teenagers looking to improve their strength, fitness, and confidence. Sessions are fully personalised to suit your goals, experience, and pace. Whether you’re brand new to exercise, returning after a long break, or working around an injury or health condition, we’ll build a plan that works for you.
Training can take place in my private home studio in Grovedale, out in the community, or at your home — I can bring the equipment to you as I am a mobile personal trainger. If it feels more comfortable, you’re welcome to train with a friend, partner, or sibling. I offer small group sessions for up to three people, which can also help make sessions more affordable. The focus is always on practical progress that feels achievable, not intense programs or unrealistic targets. It’s training built for everyday people, delivered in a way that makes sense.
With over five years of experience delivering both personal training and NDIS services, I’ve worked with teenagers, older adults, and people with a wide range of needs and goals. My background includes one-on-one fitness coaching, mentoring, community-based sessions, and years of practical work under the direction of allied health professionals.
I also bring the discipline and reliability that comes from ten years of military service. This combination of lived and professional experience means I know how to adapt to the individual in front of me, not just follow a routine. I have a particular interest and experience in training War Veterans, and am passionate about creating supportive, tailored fitness environments that meet the unique physical and psychological needs of ex-service personnel.
From tailored fitness plans to NDIS supports, everything we do is shaped around the individual. If you’re ready to take the next step, or just want to see what’s possible, you’re in the right place.
